Addicted to Joann's

Okay- I guess it is a clue that I have been to Joann's too much lately when I know what new fabric they have gotten in! I got up early and went in before the store got busy this morning. Was only there about an hour and spent $120. That is $2 for every minute in the store! Scary! But I bought a self healing mat and rotary cutting set, quilted material and fabric to make 7 children quilts, and other neccessities. I made the Batman quilt for my nephew since he is into superheros. I also got Cars fabric, Wall-E , cute pirates fabric , and more.
Afterwards I went to those new clinics at CVS to get a tetanus shot. My hubby has been after me since my mishap on Monday. I waited 1 1/2 hours and then the Dr even said I probably would be fine without it- but better to be safe. But I guess I know I am safe to play with needles again.

Well- I have 4 days and I keep adding more to my list so I guess I better get sewing!

You are still rocking girl!

I totally understand about Joanns! :) It is really sad when the ladies at the cutting counter know you (and even know how many kids you are supposed to have with you!!!)!

Glad you are okay to play with your needles again!

Aaahhh...Joanns. Yep, love that place. I can see why it's a magnet for you. You are doing just some of the cutest things for presents this year. Oh, and I'm glad to hear you got that shot. Always better safe than sorry. I did a ton of sewing tonight (making 3 Kimberbell dolls) and every time I would get my hand near that needle, I would think of you! :)

I, also, am a Joann's addict. Can't make it through a week without at least one trip over there.

I absolutely LOVE your blog, just came across it. Thanks so much for all your hard work.
